The Jesters Club is compliant with GDPR and our Privacy Policy is as follows:
The membership database records details, supplied by members themselves, of members’ names, addresses, contact telephone numbers, email addresses and subscription histories. Data is used only for club communications relating to sporting (matches, golf day etc.), social (Strawson-Vaughan & Jock Burnet Founder’s Annual Dinner) & subscription matters, and for the production of the annual booklet which is sent to members in the post. Contact information is placed on the Club’s password-protected website where the member has not requested exclusion. Members can request to have their details removed from the database, website, and booklet if they wish. Such requests should be addressed to info@thejestersclub.org and will be complied with as soon as reasonably possible.
