JESTERS VS. HONG KONG FC SQUASH TEAM – APRIL 2020
In these squash deficient times, Jesters squash is still happening, albeit on foreign shores.
Following the North of England Jesters tour to Hong Kong in July 2018 an interest in Jesters squash there has taken hold, as evidenced by a match that took place in April 2020 at Hong Kong Football Club. A relatively recently elected Jester, David Cross, organised the match and has a number of similar matches against other clubs on the island in prospect.
As and when any Jesters may be visiting HK Island in the future, David is an excellent point of contact for anyone wanting to wield a racket and hit a ball against a wall.
The match ended up with a 6-5 win to the Jesters, with good standard squash and great afters. James Barrington and David Cross the official Jesters leading the team with Howard getting the winning point.
